Scanning documents on Android, managing users on Chromebooks, and more

CamScanner was my goto Android app for digitizing documents. I stopped trusting and using it when it shipped advertising malware.
This week’s opening link reviews some good scanning apps for Android, including Google Drive.
Ditching CamScanner made me rediscover the scanning feature of Google Drive, which fit my occasional digitization needs. The app lets me quickly scan and archive documents. Getting familiar with the feature, I found I can shave off a bit of effort from scanning and processing documents, especially related ones. It’s the trick I documented in one of this week’s links.
Do you use your phone as a scanner?
