Saving data on Android
By Paolo Amoroso • Issue #83 • View online
I never streamed much media on Android. And, since getting a Wi-Fi capable router at home several years ago, my mobile data usage has been consistently low or average. These days mobile carriers in Italy, where I live, offer more and more convenient plans with lots of GBs.
I’m lucky, but in other markets mobile data is a scarce and expensive resource. Especially with today’s media-rich and streaming-based social platforms.
If you need to keep mobile data under control, this issue’s opening link is a valuable resource.
