Maximizing collaboration with Gmail
By Paolo Amoroso • Issue #49 • View online
Hello,
Reading and writing email is an intimate, personal activity. So Gmail collaboration seems an oxymoron.
Another way of viewing it is email can fit into a collaborative workflow in a business setting or team. It’s what Google aims to support with the redesign that integrated Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet, and Google Docs into Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). I’ve seen many negative reactions to the redesign. I suspect many come from people who haven’t tried the new features or loath change. I love change and look forward to playing with the redesign when it rolls out to personal accounts.
In the meantime, check the article below to explore ways of maximizing collaboration with the new interface.
